
Sanith de S. Wijeyeratne
Chief Executive Officer
​Sanith leads CCC Consulting with more than 15 years of high-end consulting and C-suite engagement across strategy, sustainability and communication. He began in brand and communications with Leo Burnett and DraftFCB, then co-founded the agency WORDS, which won the country’s first Effie Gold for marketing effectiveness within three years. As Co-Founder and Managing Director of Alt-X, he won a Gold at the Global Customer Engagement Awards, and his marketing results earned a SLIM Brand Excellence Award. He holds an MBA, is an Attorney-at-Law, and has completed executive programmes at Harvard and Stanford.

Kanishka Jayasinghe
Chief Project Officer
Kanishka has spent over 12 years at CCC, rising from business development to Head of Operations, and has led complex sustainability programmes end to end. His work includes a multi-year carbon footprint and green building programme for a national bank with 750+ branches, and a certification programme that made a client’s factory the world’s first WaterNeutral apparel factory. He leads a multidisciplinary team of over 20 and has worked with UNDP and the World Bank. He holds an MSc in Management from Staffordshire University.

Lisa Perera
Chief Experience Officer
Lisa leads the client experience at CCC Consulting, with more than 15 years advising large corporations and financial institutions on strategy, sustainability communication and reporting. As Head of Client Engagement at CCC she leads ESG strategy advisory relationships and board-level counsel on sustainability integration. She previously spent 12 years as Chief Strategy Officer at Emagewise, managing around 30 clients a year, including leading banks and hospitality groups. She holds a Bachelor of Business (Management and Marketing) from Edith Cowan University.
Focus: Client engagement, ESG advisory, sustainability communication
Dilini Munasinghe
Chief Financial Officer
Dilini is a Fellow of CIMA (FCMA, CGMA) and has been Group Head of Finance at CCC since 2021, overseeing finance, compliance, budgeting and cash flow across the group’s Sri Lankan and Dubai operations. Her earlier career blends finance and consulting: nine years as Finance Manager of an export manufacturer, and ten years at a business consultancy preparing feasibility studies and financial forecasts for investment and bank-loan proposals. She began in banking and treasury and holds an MBA from the University of West London.
